What are Time-Limited Bonuses?
We created Time-Limited Bonuses to help our players multiply their rewards by focusing on and quickly completing tasks within a single game. 💙
To earn the Bonus Reward, you have to progress through all affected tasks before the timer runs out! ⏳
Where do I find Time-Limited Bonuses?
Time-Limited Bonuses can be found only in some games. They apply to specific tasks (not all of them) and will significantly increase the rewards for those affected tasks and the total reward for the game🔥
When you choose a game from your Discover section, you can see banner on the game card. You can also check the Tasks section to see what Time-Limited Bonuses are available:
The list of Time-Limited Bonuses will be displayed on top of main tasks.
Important: Levels with the Time-Limited Bonus applied are also in regular Tasks list with their base reward.
How does it work?
Each Time-Limited Bonus has its own duration. The more complicated the task - the more time you'll have for completing it and collecting a Time-Limited Bonus.
When you open Game Details section, you can see the list of available Time-Limited Bonuses.
The countdown of the bonus timer will start after the game was installed.
If you don't complete the task within the time limit, you will receive only the Base Reward from the regular Tasks list.
The Time-Limited Bonus will then be expired, showing an in Limited Bonus list.
If you press this Info icon then, you will see this message:
I completed the task on time, but didn't receive the Bonus. What do I do?
Sometimes, points may not be added to your balance immediately. Due to this delay, your Bonus might expire before your reward is credited.
If this happens, we can manually add the Bonus to your account. Before contacting us, please take:
- A screenshot of the completed task within the game with a clear timestamp.

Important: This step is extremely important, since after Bonus expires, we might not know the Bonus Reward anymore. Therefore, we won't be able to assign it to you.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the level to be marked as completed and the rewards to be credited.
If 24 hours have passed, or the Bonus has expired and you still haven't received your rewards, please follow these steps:
- Submit a request to our Customer Support Team with the subject Missing Points -> Completed Tasks.
- Provide a complete game name.
- Make sure to include the following information in your ticket:
- A screenshot of the completed level in the game.

- A screenshot showing missing level with Time-Limited Bonus on Play Zone.
- A detailed explanation of your case.
- A screenshot of the completed level in the game.
Our team will investigate the issue and will assist you further.
