What is Purchase Cashback?
We introduced Purchase Cashback reward our users for in-app purchases they make. 💙
The rules are simple:
💸 Make a purchase.
Choose a game with a cashback banner and make an in-app purchase in that game.
⏳ Wait for the purchase to be verified.
Purchase verification usually takes up to 48 hours, depending on how quickly the store confirms it.
🤑 Get up to $25 cashback per game.
You’ll receive ~50% cashback on each purchase, with up to ~$25 cashback per game.
How does it work?
First, you have to find a game with cashback banner in your Discover tab and install it.
You can also access the Purchase Cashback information on the Details screen.
Open the game and spend at least $1. After the first purchase, this banner will change into tracker of available cashback left per game.
As soon as we detect your purchase, your reward will appear as pending in your Wallet, until store sends us a confirmation.
How do I know, if I was rewarded for my purchase?
You can see your reward status on the Wallet tab.
While we are awaiting a confirmation from the store, your cashback will remain pending on your Wallet ⏳.
As soon as we receive a confirmation, banner will be removed and your cashback will be added to your balance ✅.
In case you refunded or canceled your purchase, your cashback will be reverted and rewards won't be added to your balance ⛔️.
I was not rewarded for my purchase after 48 hours. What should I do?
In case you weren't rewarder for the purchase after 48 hours, please, submit a request to our Support Team with subject Extra Rewards -> Purchase Cashback.
Please, make sure to describe your situation in detail and provide a screenshot of purchase email confirmation.
