Why haven't I received Gems for completing a level/task? 🏆
Sometimes, points may not be added to your balance immediately. Please allow up to 24 hours for the level to be marked as completed and the gems to be credited.

Additionally, you will not receive rewards for completing tasks in expired games. If this message appears on a game card in your My Apps section, it indicates that you've run out of time to complete tasks for that specific game. 😔
If this is your first missing task for the game, please try completing the next milestone. In some cases, progress may get stuck, and completing the following task can trigger the rewards for both milestones and refresh the tracking.
If the game has not expired yet, 24 hours have passed and you still haven’t received your gems, please follow these steps:
- Submit a request to our Customer Support Team with the subject Missing Points.
- Make sure to include the following information in your ticket:
- A screenshot of the completed level in the game.
- A screenshot showing the missing level on Cash Giraffe.
- A game name and detailed explanation of your case.
- Mention if any Boost or Time-Limited Bonus was applied to the missing milestone.
Our team will investigate the issue and assist you further.
Important: If the game was already installed and played before you created your Cash Giraffe account, it will not be eligible for rewards.
