Time-Limited Bonus

What are Time-Limited Bonuses?

We created Time-Limited Bonuses to help our players multiply their rewards by focusing on and quickly completing tasks within a single game. 💚 

To earn the Bonus Reward, you have to progress through all affected tasks before the timer runs out! ⏳


Where do I find Time-Limited Bonuses?

Time-Limited Bonuses can be found only in some games. They apply to specific tasks (not all of them) and will significantly increase the rewards for those affected tasks and the total reward for the game🔥 

When you choose a game from your Discover section, you can check the Tasks section to see if Time-Limited Bonuses are available:

  1. The total amount of Bonuses will be displayed in the upper right corner.
  2. Each task with a applied Bonus will have a banner indicating " Bonus Available". 

Important: After a game is installed and appears in My Apps section, the order of tasks may change. If any tasks with Time-Limited Bonuses seem to disappear, please scroll through your task list; they are likely just reordered.
 

How does it work?

Each Time-Limited Bonus has its own duration. The more complicated the task - the more time you'll have for completing it and collecting a Time-Limited Bonus. 

When you open Tasks section, you can see instructions and details about reward in the Bonus Details tab. To open this tab, simply press the Info icon on the Time-Limited Bonus banner:

If you don't complete the task within the time limit, you will receive only the Base Reward. 

The Time-Limited Bonus will then be expired, showing an   Info icon after completing the task:



If you press this Info icon then, you will see this message: 


I completed the task on time, but didn't receive the Bonus. What do I do?

Sometimes, points may not be added to your balance immediately. Due to this delay, your Bonus might expire before your reward is credited.

If this happens, we can manually add the Bonus to your account. Before contacting us, please take:

  1. A screenshot of the completed task within the game.
  2. A screenshot of the active Bonus.
    Important: This step is extremely important, since after Bonus expires, we won't know the Bonus Reward anymore. Therefore, we won't be able to assign it to you.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the level to be marked as completed and the coins to be credited.

If 24 hours have passed, or the Bonus has expired and you still haven't received your coins, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a request to our Customer Support Team with the subject Missing Points -> Completed Tasks.
  2. Provide a complete game name.
  3. Make sure to include the following information in your ticket:
     
    • A screenshot of the completed level in the game.

    • A screenshot showing active Time-Limited Bonus on Test'em All.
      Example:

       
    • A detailed explanation of your case.

Our team will investigate the issue and will assist you further.
