How do payouts work over PayPal?
In the payouts menu, you can choose the PayPal option and cash out your coins to your PayPal balance. When you select a Paypal amount, you will be redirected to the PayPal login page where you can enter in your PayPal account and accept the transfer.
Important tip: We strongly advise that you keep an eye on your PayPal account once you request a payout from our app, in case PayPal asks you to manually accept the payment. If you take no action, PayPal might automatically cancel the payout we sent you.
Why do you need my PayPal email/password?
We DO NOT require your PayPal email/password. You are redirected outside of the Fitplay environment and to the PayPal website when you request a payout. Your password is required by PayPal in order to log in and accept the transfer. You will not be entering your password in any field or interface of Fitplay.
Why have I been paid out in EUR to my PayPal account?
We pay out the amount in EUR in many countries. The EUR amount corresponds to the amount you requested in your withdrawal options. Here is a tip: You can convert any currency into another in your PayPal profile options. If you are not sure how to do that please reach out to PayPal support.
