How long will I have to wait for payouts for the different bonuses?
- PayPal payouts can take up to 5 business days to go through, while regular vouchers can take up to 7 business days. The amount of time depends on the number of withdrawal requests we receive.
- In case you requested a regular voucher please check your spam folder as it may have been sent there.
- In the case of limited-time offers, there is no waiting time as you receive voucher codes and redeem links right after the payout and they are always available in your wallet entries.
PayPal notified me that my payout was returned. Why did this happen?
This action is solely dependent on PayPal policies and is unrelated to our app. When we send out a payout to you, PayPal might ask you to accept or refuse it and will give you a deadline to answer. If you take no action, PayPal will automatically cancel the payout we sent you. This might happen in case you have not confirmed your email address or bank account/credit card on your PayPal. We strongly advise that you keep an eye on your PayPal account once you request a payout from our app, in case PayPal asks you to manually accept the payment. I do not have a PayPal account. Is there another payout method?
Currently, the only monetary payout available is PayPal. If you would like a monetary payout, please register for PayPal. Alternatively, you can choose a payout via voucher.
How can I cancel a requested payout?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
