How can I exchange gems for Special Offers?
In the Rewards section, you can exchange your points for different coupons, deals, and vouchers.
To redeem your gems for Deals & Vouchers follow these steps:
- Select the desired Offer.
- Make sure to read the offer Description and Terms & Conditions.
- Tap the "Confirm Payout" button and get your offer!
Important: Some Vouchers and Promo Codes are sent to you via email at the address that you used for your Money Well account. If you can't find them in your main inbox, check Spam and Promotions folders.
I can't find my Voucher, what should I do?
You can always find the claimed offers in your email.
Always make sure to check your Inbox, Spam or Promotions folder.
Please note that Coupon Codes must be applied manually during checkout.
A small tip: In case you face any issues applying a code or redeeming the voucher, we advise that you reach out directly to the relevant brand's customer service for assistance.
My Voucher/Coupon Code doesn't work?
If after reaching out to the the brand's customer service, your offer still doesn't work, please, submit a request to our Customer Support Team with the subject Vouchers.
Important: Please make sure to redeem time-limited offers as soon as possible. If the offer expires, we won’t be able to provide a refund.
The Voucher I wanted is no longer available. What should I do?
Unfortunately, not all vouchers, deals, and coupons are available permanently, as their availability depends on current partnerships.
