How can I delete my account?
The withdrawal of your consent and the termination of the use of Cash'em All is possible at any time with future effect, and can be sent via support ticket from the "Cancel Membership" section in the app, or at justDice GmbH via email at contact@cashemall.online, or by post to justDice GmbH, An der Alster 42, 20099 Hamburg. Special fees (beyond the regular transmission fees of your telephone or internet service provider, or letter postage) do not apply for the withdrawal of consent. In the event of withdrawal, your data will be erased from the Cash'em All database; if an erasure is not possible, it will be blocked instead of erased. Further use by Cash'em All is no longer possible after the withdrawal of your consent.
If you are using an email address with the app, the fastest way to delete your account is to do it by yourself from inside the app. Please see below the steps that you can follow:
Go to "Profile" and choose the Settings cog symbol
Tap "Cancel Membership"
Choose "Confirm"
Go to the Inbox of your email (check the spam folder too), find the message sent from the app, and follow the link to delete your account.
