Why is Face Verification needed?
We use Face Verification exclusively for payouts verification to prevent fraud and ensure rewards were earned legitimately without the use of software 🍏
Face Verification and Biometric Data
To protect your account, and stop scammers from using different devices to spam payouts, we use a Face Verification tool to ensure that the payout is being requested by a real person.
How it works: When you cash out, our app takes a quick 3D selfie to make sure you are a real person (not a photo or a bot). It turns this selfie into a secure, encrypted mathematical code (a "FaceMap").
How long we keep it: We securely store this FaceMap code for one (1) year. We only use it to check if the same person is trying to make fake payouts using different devices or multiple accounts.
How to complete the Face Verification?
To successfully complete face verification:
- Ensure you are in a well-lit room 💡
- Carefully follow the on-screen instructions 📱
- Avoid making grimaces or exaggerated expressions during the process 🧑
- Remove glasses and hats 🧢
- Hold phone at eye level 👀
My Face Verification failed. What should I do?
If the automatic verification fails, please try again in 3 minutes. If this persists, your request will be manually reviewed. Please be patient during this process 🙏
In case your second attempt failed or you received "Something went wrong" error message, please, submit a request to our Customer Support Team with the subject Payouts -> Face Verification.
