How do I cash out with PayPal?
To exchange your coins for a PayPal payout, please, follow these steps:
-
Go to the Rewards section.
- Locate PayPal options.
- Select the reward amount and tap on it.
-
Click the "Cash Out" button and confirm the payout.
After that, if it’s your first payout, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal login page, where you can log in to your account and complete the transfer.
Please make sure to use the correct PayPal account and email, as it’s not possible to change this information later.
Important: We strongly advise that you keep an eye on your PayPal account once you request a payout from our app, in case PayPal asks you to manually accept the payment.
If you take no action, PayPal might automatically cancel the payout we sent you.
Do you collect my PayPal log in details?
We DO NOT require nor collect your PayPal log in details.
When you request a payout, you are redirected outside the Just Games environment to the official PayPal webpage.
Your PayPal password is entered there solely to log in and accept the transfer.
The only information we save is the email associated with your PayPal account, which is securely connected to your Just Games account. This allows us to make future payouts quicker and more convenient for you.
Why does my PayPal payout take so long to arrive?
PayPal payouts can take up to 5 business days to go through. The amount of time depends on the number of withdrawal requests we receive.
If your PayPal payout didn't arrive within 5 business days, please, submit a request to our Customer Support Team with the subject Payouts -> PayPal.
Can I use a different PayPal account?
One account may only be linked to one PayPal address. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not possible to use multiple PayPal addresses on one account. Additionally, it is not possible to edit the PayPal account you use for payouts. 😔
Why was my PayPal payout returned?
If PayPal notified you that your payout was returned, this is an action determined by PayPal's policies and is not related to our app.
Here are some common reasons why this might happen:
-
Manual Acceptance Required:
PayPal may ask you to accept or decline the payment and set a deadline for your response. If no action is taken by the deadline, PayPal will automatically cancel the payout. -
Unverified Account Details:
This can happen if your PayPal account lacks verification, such as an unconfirmed email address, bank account, or credit card.
Important: Before confirming the payout, please, make sure you use the correct credentials. After confirming the payout, please, monitor your PayPal account in case PayPal requests a manual confirmation.
