Why haven't I received Coins for completing a level/task?
Sometimes, points may not be added to your balance immediately. Please allow up to 24 hours for the level to be marked as completed and the coins to be added to your Discover section.
Please, read this article to learn more about how collecting coins works.
If the game was added to Games list and 24 hours have passed and you still haven’t received your coins, please follow these steps:
- Submit a request to our Customer Support Team with the subject Missing Points -> Completed Tasks (for milestone-based Special Games) OR Playtime Tracking (for Your Games and time-based Special Games).
- Provide a complete game name.
- Make sure to include the following information in your ticket:
- A screenshot of the completed level in the game.
Example: - A screenshot showing the missing level on Just Games.
- A detailed explanation of your case.
- A screenshot of the completed level in the game.
Our team will investigate the issue and assist you further.
Important: If the Special Game was already installed and played before you created your Just Games account, it will not be eligible for Special rewards.
