Why haven't I received Rewards for completing a level/task?
Sometimes, points may not be added to your balance immediately. Please allow up to 24 hours for the level to be marked as completed and the rewards to be credited.
Please, read this article to learn more about how collecting rewards works.
If the game was added to Your Games list and 24 hours have passed and you still haven’t received your rewards, please follow these steps:
- Submit a request to our Customer Support Team with the subject Missing Points -> Completed Tasks.
- Provide a full game name.
- Make sure to include the following information in your ticket:
- A screenshot of the completed level in the game.
Example: - A screenshot showing the missing level on Play Zone.
- A detailed explanation of your case.
- A screenshot of the completed level in the game.
Our team will investigate the issue and assist you further.
Important: If the game was already installed and tested before you created your Play Zone account, it will not be eligible for rewards.
