How do I cash out with Gift Cards?
To exchange your gems for a Gift Card, please, follow these steps:
- Go to the Rewards section.
- Select Gift Cards options.
- Select Brand that you like the most.
- Select the reward amount and click "Confirm Payout".
If this is your first Gift Card payout, you’ll be asked to enter and verify your email address. Once that’s done, you’ll receive an email with your Gift Card and instructions to activate it.
Important: We strongly advise that you always use an email you have access to. If you can't find the Gift Card in your main Inbox, please, check your Promotions and Spam folders.
Why does my Gift Card payout take so long to arrive?
Gift Card payouts can take up to 7 business days to go through. The amount of time depends on the number of withdrawal requests we receive.
If your PayPal payout didn't arrive within 7 business days, it will be automatically refunded. If it didn't happen, please, submit a request to our Customer Support Team with the subject Payouts -> Gift Cards.
How do I verify my email for Gift Cards?
To verify your email for a Gift Card, please, follow these steps:
- Request a Gift Card you like.
- Provide an email you have access to.
- Find the verification email from us in your Inbox and follow the instructions.
Important: If you can't find the email in your main Inbox, please, check your Promotions and Spam folders.
What should I do if I receive an ERROR while trying to verify my email?
If the verification email shows an error, it means that the verification link has expired 😔
Please, try resending the verification email by choosing Gift Card payout once again. Then please check if you received two emails in a row from us. If yes, use the link provided in the most recent email.
Can I use a different email after verifying my email before?
One account may only be linked to one email address. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not possible to use multiple email addresses for Gift Card payouts 😔
