Why haven't I received Gems for completing a level/task? 🏆
Sometimes, points may not be added to your balance immediately. Please allow up to 24 hours for the level to be marked as completed and the gems to be credited.

If 24 hours have passed and you still haven’t received your gems, please follow these steps:

Submit a request to our Customer Support Team with the subject Missing Points.
- Make sure to include the following information in your ticket:
- A screenshot of the completed level in the game.
- A screenshot showing the missing level on Cash Giraffe.
- A game name and detailed explanation of your case.
Our team will investigate the issue and assist you further.
Important: If the game was already installed and tested before you created your Cash Giraffe account, it will not be eligible for rewards.
