Why haven't I received Coins for completing a level/task? 🏆
Sometimes, points may not be added to your balance immediately. Please allow up to 24 hours for the level to be marked as completed and the coins to be credited.

Additionally, you will not receive rewards for completing tasks in expired games. If this message appears on a game card in your My Tasks section, it indicates that you've run out of time to complete tasks for that specific game. 😔
If the game has not expired yet and 24 hours have passed and you still haven’t received your coins, please follow these steps:
- Submit a request to our Customer Support Team with the subject Missing Points -> Completed Tasks.
- Provide a complete game name.
- Make sure to include the following information in your ticket:
- A screenshot of the completed level in the game.
Example: - A screenshot showing the missing level on Test'em All.
Example: - A detailed explanation of your case.
- A screenshot of the completed level in the game.
Our team will investigate the issue and assist you further.
Important: If the game was already installed and tested before you created your Test'em All account, it will not be eligible for rewards.
