Can I get banned from Cash Cow?
We reserve the right to exclude users/end devices from our services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Use.
If you have breached any of the rules of conduct mentioned in the Terms and Conditions, your access to certain elements of the app may be restricted, e.g. campaigns, offers, rewards, or your account and device may be completely excluded from our services.
❗️Reason examples may include but are not limited to:
- The use of multiple end devices from one IP address.
- Multiple use of user accounts that are linked to payment service providers, e.g. PayPal.
- Certain changes to the mobile operating systems.
- The use of an account to provide benefits to another account of the same user (e.g. for the referral bonus feature of the app)
- The use of VPN apps to alter the user's geolocation
- Mismatch of the geolocation upon account creation and geolocation where the app is currently in use.

## 10. Rules of Conduct of the User
## 10.1.
The User may not load, store, distribute, present, make public, publish, refer to or link, with the aid of the App, any content that could violate or impair the personality rights and/or property rights of third parties, and/or
- is considered obscene, offensive, defamatory, lewd, violence-glorifying, pornographic, harassing, unsuitable for minors, racist, hate speech, xenophobic, extreme right-wing, or otherwise objectionable, and/or
- contains or represents viruses, Trojans, circumventions within the sense of access control service law, or unsolicited mass transmissions (so-called “spam”), and/or
- serves and/or is suitable to read, store or transfer personal data of other members for purposes other than the proper use of the offering, and/or
- invites participation in chain letter, pyramid scheme or bonus share promotions or has other marketing purposes.
## 10.2.
The User may only set up one account in the App (“prohibition of multiple accounts”).In particular, an account may not be used to provide benefits to another account of the same user, for example by transferring items or credits in the game currency within a game from one account to another account of the same user (“pushing prohibition”).
## 10.3.
The use of the App is only permitted by means of tools provided by the Provider or otherwise permitted (“prohibition of the use of unauthorised scripts”).This means the following in particular: The use of programmes that cause a disproportionate load on the server is not permitted. The use of software for the systematic or automatic control of the App or individual game functions (bots or macros) for the reproduction or analysis of games, game elements or the content set in the app is not permitted.
## 10.4.
The Provider reserves the right to exclude the User and its end devices from the services, in the event of impermissible use behaviour, without stating the specific reason (impermissible behaviour includes, for example, the use of multiple end devices from one IP address [if this is not customary at the respective location or in the respective country], multiple use of user accounts that are linked to payment service providers, and certain changes to the mobile operating systems, such as the granting of unrestricted admin access, installation of malware or a specific modification of the operating system etc.);

Can I use VPN to connect to Cash Cow?
VPN is NOT allowed 🚫
Devices using VPN will likely be blocked to prevent fraudulent use.
Why do I have to go through verification to receive my payout?
Verification is necessary in order to get a payout request approved ✅
If upon submitting a payout request the automatic verification fails, your request will be manually reviewed. We ask you to be patient in this case.
If we find that you are not eligible for a payout based on the Rules of Conduct of the User (explained above) you may be restricted from receiving the payout.
Important section to note:
For reasons of fraud prevention, bonuses that users earn through the use of Cash Cow will only be possible after additional user verification via a selfie taken with their device's camera when they first request a bonus. We use users' selfies exclusively for the purpose of fraud prevention and to ensure that bonuses have not been earned through the automated, fraudulent use of software. For this purpose, a photo (“selfie”) is saved when your face is recorded using your device's camera. We use the recording to create an individual and anonymous digital user ID (in the form of a hash value) that is not linked to your account and is used to check whether the bonus has actually been earned by a real person and whether this person has already requested or received a bonus with another account. We will not use the selfies for any other purpose. For reasons of data economy, this is only necessary if you want to receive bonuses. If you do not want to receive bonuses, you can use Cash Cow fully without providing any selfies.
