How do I add an Email to My Account? 📩
During your first payout, you will be asked to share and verify your email.
Your email will appear in your account afterward.
Please, make sure you choose an active email you can access anytime.
I have not received a confirmation email or the confirmation link is not working.
If you encounter any of these issues, please follow these steps:
- Check your Inbox or Spam folder.
- Resend the verification email by tapping on the payout in your Wallet section.
- If the link doesn't work, please, try copy-pasting the link directly into your browser’s address bar.
- If the link doesn't work, please, check if you received two emails in a row from us. If yes, use the link provided in the most recent email.
If none of these steps resolve your issue, please submit a request to our Customer Support Team with a subject Email Verification.
