I have not received a confirmation email or the confirmation link is not working.
The first time you request a payout you will be asked to verify your account email.
If you have not received the verification link via email please check your spam folder as it may have been sent there.
By tapping on the payout amount again, you can trigger a new verification email to be sent to you.
In case you receive the confirmation email but the link is not working, please try copy-pasting it in the browser search bar or try opening the e-mail on a different browser/device, as this might be an issue with how HTML emails are displayed on the browser/device you are currently using. If that does not solve it, please get in touch with our support team.
